Paul has a comprehensive knowledge of the VET system and has extensive skills and experience in stakeholder engagement, leadership, project management, quality assurance, facilitation and negotiation. He also has a great depth of knowledge of VET and Training Package policy, and is committed to ensuring that the work being undertaken by AIS supports the skills industry needs, now and into the future.

Prior to joining AIS (formerly TLISC) Paul amassed more than 30 years’ experience in the road transport industry, both as an employee and as a company owner. This included his role as National Training Manager for a global transport company which involved operational training, driving cultural change, talent management and people development.   Paul holds a Certificate IV in Assessment & Workplace Training and a range of qualifications in Operational Management, Project Management (PRINCE2), Media, Industrial Relations, and Workplace Health & Safety.
