This Business Case Discussion Paper, developed on behalf of the Transport & Logistics Industry Reference Committee (IRC), contains information on the following Training Package development and review proposals:
- Reviewing the current TLI21716 – Certificate ll in Road Transport Yard Operations (Freight Handler)
- Development of a new Transport and Logistics Scheduling qualification.
A Business Case will be developed for submission to the Australian Industry and Skills Committee (AISC) for approval. The Business Case will set out the strategic and evidentiary case (including an analysis of the level of industry support) for developing and reviewing Training Package products within the TLI Transport & Logistics Training Package.
We are seeking your input to ensure that the Business Case provides enough detail regarding the proposed development of the TLI Transport & Logistics Training Package.
